How soon can I get a quote?
In order to provide you with an accurate quotation, we need to know your detailed requirements, so we will further communicate with you about the required information upon receipt of your requirements. Generally 1-2 working days we will give you feedback quotation information. If you would like to inquire about the status of your offer, please contact our sales staff.
What information is needed to get a quote?
The information required to quote depends on the type of product we quote for you. For all quotations, we need at least the following information:

How long will your offer remain open?
As a rule, our offer is valid for 30-90 days. You can find the validity of our offer on the quotation sheet sent to you by our sales staff.
Do you offer prompt delivery?
We will evaluate the workload of your order according to the current specific production situation. Your expedited needs will generally be met, but there will be an additional charge.
Do you have a minimum order?
In addition to customized lasers, we will evaluate whether a certain minimum order quantity is needed according to the specific situation of customized parameters. We do not have a minimum order quantity policy for regular products. However, our quotation is more dependent on quantity, because if there are more of the same item, the cost of each item will be less.

When will I receive my order confirmation?
If an order is sent by email, you will receive an email confirmation within 1 business day that your email and purchase order have been received and we have begun processing. Normally, all orders will also be formally replied to the customer within 1 business day, but if additional information is required to complete the processing of your order in our system, it may take longer for you to receive our official confirmation. Do you ship internationally?
We ship products worldwide in accordance with Chinese export laws and regulations as well as the International Traffic and Arms Regulations (ITAR) and/or Export Administration Regulations (EAR).

Quality
What kinds of inspections do you perform on my lasers?
Your laser is continuously checked at every stage of the manufacturing process to ensure quality before proceeding to each new step. Conduct different quality tests based on the actual production process of your product through the factory. Make the products you need to meet our quality control requirements. Do you have a clean room? If so, at what level?
Yes, we have ultra-clean and dust-free workshops for production. When entering our work area, all employees must wear protective clothing, masks and hair nets or dust caps. Visitors need to enter the area and change their shoe covers. In addition, there is disposable dust removal glue at each entrance of the manufacturing workshop to reduce the contamination of the production environment by external debris as much as possible.
