Structure design of 1535nm200uJ pulse laser

J200N01 is a bonded crystal developed by the company. It is made of white Glass, erbium Glass (Er:Yb: Glass) and cobalt Spinel (Co: Spinel) with three-section structure from front to back (the luminous end is the rear end). It adopts advanced non-adhesive bonding technology and has the characteristics of low loss, high energy efficiency, high stability and easy integration.

Among them, device 1 is COS, with a central wavelength of 940nm and a peak working power of 8-10W.  Device 2 is a fast axis compression lens (FAC), which can collimate the fast axis divergence Angle of the light emitted from the pump source.  Device 3 is a shaping lens. Different shaping lenses can be used according to different parameter requirements.  Device 4 is 200uJ bonded crystal and model number is J200N01.

J200N01 is coated on both sides, and the white glass surface is S1.  The other side, that is, the luminous end face is S2.  HR@1535nm & AR@940nm coating is used for S1, and PR@1535nm coating is used for S2.  The S1 and S2 surfaces can form a perfect laser resonator, thus saving the trouble of building laser resonator by users.  In addition, passive Q-switched crystal (cobalt spinel) is integrated in the cavity. By optimizing the parameter design, 200uJ single pulse energy output can be achieved with relatively high efficiency.
