Our Ability
Design and development of 1535nm eye safety laser: including but not limited to customized development of parameters such as the size, peak power, and single pulse energy of the laser; Cooperate to develop laser resonator and related parameters according to customer requirements; According to customer’s requirements, we can adjust and optimize the divergence Angle of the outgoing laser beam within a certain range.
Heterogeneous material bonding: We have the heterogeneous bonding energy for some common materials, including but not limited to erbium-Ytterbium-co-doped phosphate glass bonding with cobalt spinel; Nd: YAG and V: YAG bonding techniques. At the same time, we can also design and develop a series of processing technology such as polishing and coating of the end face of the bond assembly according to customer requirements.
High-efficiency laser concentrating cavity: based on the high reflection material cavity design process independently developed by our company, we develop different types of lamp pump concentrating cavities with different energy levels. Compared with traditional ceramic cavity technology, the reflectivity is increased by more than 10% on average, and a more uniform pumping light field can be formed in the cavity, which is conducive to improving the overall light output efficiency and more stable output laser beam quality.
